Delivery terms

Orders are prepared for dispatch from the premises located in Normandy or Tahiti within an average of 72 working hours (subject to stock availability) from the order confirmation by email.

The delivery of orders is then ensured by the carrier LA POSTE, by registered letter or Colissimo depending on the volume of products purchased. From the time of collection by La Poste, the customer is delivered to their home or to a relay point within the time limits specified above.

The order is delivered to the letterbox or by hand. In case of absence or impossibility of delivery of the package, the postman leaves a notice of passage mentioning the date and the address of the post office where the customer can collect his package on presentation of an identity document.

From the date mentioned on the delivery notice, the customer has 15 days to collect their package.
